Paul Lofkin

Paul joined the insurance sector in 2003, and subsequently the loss adjusting industry in 2007 where, after several promotions, he became a Branch Manager and responsible for all regional adjusting operations across commercial, domestic, high net worth and agricultural services. In 2013 he joined Crawford & Company and was a key part of creating the UK’s only fully dedicated rural adjusting team, which has grown into one of the UK’s flagship services. In 2020, he was promoted to Head of Specialist Services, adding Crawford Building Consultancy to his portfolio where he oversaw a transformational change in the RICS-regulated building surveying division, before being promoted in 2023 to the UK Executive Leadership Team as Head of Platforms, which delivers a reliable, multi-faceted claims solution and managed repair service, whilst co-creating and pioneering positive disruption within our sector. Paul is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, holds a distinction MBA and a first-class degree in Business Management
