Benjamin Delgado

Benjamin joins Crawford with extensive experience beginning in his early career as a Direct Insurance Writer. He then went on to hold various roles at Canadian insurance companies and as a Third-Party Administrator in the US with a focus on General Liability claims, Commercial/Fleet Auto, Property Losses, as well as Product Liability Claims.

Benjamin has extensive knowledge of Environmental Impairment Liability, Contractor Pollution Liability, and Premises Pollution Liability policies. Benjamin also handles large first party and third party losses associated with pollution and has overseen various remediation projects.

In addition, Benjamin has experience handling large accounts as a Control Adjuster, holding the position of Control Adjuster for one of Canada’s largest residential/commercial builders.
