Iain Davison

Iain qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1992. He trained with Ford and Warren in Leeds where he was made partner and then head of insurance fraud. He was subsequently a partner and head of fraud at Weightmans LLP before joining CLS in 2020.

Iain managed the motor defence team initially, before taking responsibility for the wider CLS defence operation in 2022. He was appointed Managing Partner of CLS in April 2023. He continues to represent the business and a number of insurers/self-insureds in a wide variety of litigation.
