Ian's tenure at Crawford's Global Technical Services division spans over three decades, bringing unmatched expertise in high-stakes claims management. Joining in 1992, he ascended to Executive General Adjuster in 2007 and was promoted to International Executive General Adjuster in 2017. His experience is enriched by his leadership as past president of the South Central Ontario chapter of the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators (CAFI). Throughout his career, Ian has successfully managed some of the industry's most challenging claims, overseeing complex, large-scale incidents across industries like manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure.
