Steve Bond

After 7 years Military service in the Royal Engineers, Steve’s career was cut short by injury and he started anew in Construction and Plant Hire, quickly progressing to a senior management role with a major UK company. Having gained experience in insurance related matters, he had another career change, becoming an Engineering Loss Adjuster with GAB Robins in 2003. Crawford spotted his potential in 2004 and he’s been there ever since. Having been promoted to Operations Director in 2012, Steve took over the running of the Engineering Team in 2017 and has been very successful in this role.
